We are building 24 apartments in two buildings in Amed. Each will be a self-contained home for you, your guests, or both.
You can live here for part of the year and rent the apartment out when you are away. Veronika and Zdeněk will manage the apartment and rentals locally in Amed.

Each building has two floors. Every floor contains six apartments: four smaller apartments and two larger ones at the ends of the building.

03 · Why Amed
A different Bali
from the busy south.
Amed is a peaceful coast beneath Mount Agung. Smaller, slower and still deeply Balinese.
Sea and coral
You can snorkel straight from the beach. Divers come for the reefs and wrecks, and the famous Liberty wreck in Tulamben is only a short drive away.
Views of Agung
Bali’s highest mountain forms the backdrop to almost every morning here.
A real village
Fishermen head out in traditional jukung boats and local people live their everyday lives here.

A place that has
been alive for ten years.
PeoplePoint Amed has been here for 10 years. It began with Láďa’s family, who have spent that time building their business in Bali.
Today we have a restaurant and apartments that are regularly rented out. Behind them, we are completing villas with a yoga shala. None of the existing property is for sale — we are offering only the new project of 24 apartments.
We are not developers working from an office on the other side of the world. We live here and are creating a place where we would want to live ourselves.

Before you
decide.
How will I own the apartment?+
This is not a leasehold arrangement. Buyers will become shareholders in an international company that will own both the land and the building. We are currently finalising the legal structure with our lawyer and will gladly send you the details.
When will it be completed?+
Planned completion is within two years at the latest.
Who will manage the rentals?+
We will — Veronika and Zdeněk. We live in Amed and will take care of rentals as well as making sure the apartment is ready whenever you arrive.
Can I live in the apartment myself?+
Yes. You can live in it for part of the year and rent it out for the rest.
How do payments work?+
You can either pay the full amount on signing or pay in instalments linked to construction progress. We will go through the exact terms with you personally.
